Fashion influencers like Hailey Gates and Virginia Smith wore silk pajamas to the Prada resort show, and Louis Vuitton has just announced a collaboration with Grace Coddington – including the cat’s pajamas.

This trend’s got legs: pajama dressing has been around for a couple seasons now, but this fall the looks are more sophisticated, like this navy silk pajama set on Chiara Ferragni. We noticed many women dressing for evening shows and dinners in silk pajamas. The style has particular appeal because it’s so comfortable, which is the way women really want to dress now.

Pajama Dressing: Bryanboy at Gucci FW2016
Gucci again made waves in the fashion industry by announcing they would show both menswear and womenswear with one show starting in 2017. (Let’s hope it falls during women’s fashion week.) Outside the fall 2016 show, Bryanboy sported Alessandro Michele’s boundary-pushing designs for the label. It may be pajama dressing, but it sure looks luxe.
