WFH Beauty: Going Green
In which we imagine what would look cool on the other end of a Zoom call: green extensions and matching tinted glasses, plus oversize earrings.

Year of the Woman: Marie Beltrami, Paris 2018
Beauty Inspo: Sasha Lane at Coach FW2018
Love the purple eyeshadow and piled up hair on Sasha Lane at the Coach show earlier this year. Dreamy…
Artsy Chic, Art Basel Miami 2017
Plus extra points for the vintage Britney Spears tee.
Walk the Line: Sita Abellan at JW Anderson SS2018
Love the always-colorful looks on Sita Abellan at the shows. At the J.W. Anderson show, she mixed a shearling jacket with a bright red print dress – and of course, her signature colorful hair.
Heart Breaker: Harley Viera Newton at Valentino Resort 2018
Valentino came to town this week to put on a resort show in downtown NYC. The fashion crowd came out in force for designer Pierpaolo Piccioli, who hasn’t missed a beat since taking full helm of the label last year. Harley Viera Newton was one of several starlets in attendance and arrived in a pink striped Valentino dress embroidered with hearts.
Summer Beauty: Maria Borges at Armani Prive FW2016
Victoria’s Secret model Maria Borges exited the Armani Privé show in Paris in subtle but colorful runway makeup, shell choker, and the natural hairstyle that has become her trademark. Not only a strong beauty statement, but perfect for summer.
In the Press: Street Style at the Governors Ball
In the press: a whole slideshow of photos I took for the New York Times Styles section for the Governors Ball. There were a few cool looks among the sea of jorts, notably this one on Jessica Louise Dye, who coordinated a bunch of balloons with her outfit. Fun and extremely practical for the friends trying to find each other at this huge music festival.
Dare to Go Bare: Irene Kim at Chloe FW2016
It’s that time of year again: time to bare your legs after a winter spent in hiding. Make the transition easier with mid-calf boots and a great jacket, as Irene Kim did at the Chloe show. We are seeing a lot of varsity and bomber jackets for spring, especially in this military green color. Kim was also ahead of the curve with her ombre hair.
Giovanna Battaglia at Carven SS2016
Loved the clean sculptural lines and fall colors of this Salvatore Ferragamo dress on Giovanna Battaglia, spotted outside the Carven show in Paris. Another styling tip to note: turtlenecks are still going strong for winter 2015/2016.
