Karlie Kloss at the Swarovski Times Square Opening
I don’t usually photograph store openings, but I will jump at the chance to photograph Karlie! Some of us still remember when she was just the most up-and-coming model at the shows at New York fashion week (see “you might also like” below). She sported some of the Swarovski baubles at the event, and actually they are quite enviable, especially this oversized and colorful crystal ring. Want.
A few more photos of her full outfit and another glam attendee, Morena Baccarin, after the jump. (more…)

Love the flirty drama of this look on Pandora Sykes – red patent boots combined with pink and red florals combined with wind.
Mommy Blogger: Chiara Ferragni at Coach SS2018
If a fashion blogger becomes a mother, what happens to her Instagram feed? WWD today reports on the “baby boom” among fashion bloggers, many of whom started out at age 22-24 and are now nearing 30. Seen here at Coach in September, Chiara Ferragni was several months pregnant at the time, unbeknownst to us, and now sonogram videos and other intimate family moments are interspersed with fashion posts. Many Instagram posts by Chiara and other bloggers like Chriselle Lim, Eva Chen and Arielle Charnas, however, differ from the previous generation’s endless stream of baby pics on Facebook. They’re carefully posed – or hilariously unscripted – moments with kids, who often happen to be wearing great outfits. Instagram’s own Eva Chen was the first-to-market on this trend. Enter the next wave of sponsorships…
All Eyes on You: Decoupage Dress, Art Basel Miami 2017
Dresses and Sandals, Art Basel Miami 2017
On this frigid day in New York City, we’re still dreaming of sunny Miami and the great resort looks we saw there. At the Scope Art Fair, two guests wore painterly dresses with sandals. Chic and practical.
Walk the Line: Sita Abellan at JW Anderson SS2018
Love the always-colorful looks on Sita Abellan at the shows. At the J.W. Anderson show, she mixed a shearling jacket with a bright red print dress – and of course, her signature colorful hair.
Ruffles: Laura Fantacci at Mother of Pearl SS2018
We saw so many of these big ruffles at fashion month. Wear them with polished accessories, as stylist Laura Fantacci did at London fashion week, and you’ll get a look that’s just the right mix of bohemian and chic.

State of the Art: Caroline Issa at Christopher Kane SS2018
Congrats to Caroline Issa, who was tapped to curate Sotheby’s “Contemporary Curated” sale in London, opening November 21st. Here she is at the Tate Modern for the Christopher Kane show in a very painterly blue velvet look.
